So you've just joined our family and are having your service setup, but you've noticed that only some or no money has been deducted from your account.

This can be due to our provisioning / billing process;

  1. We take the setup fee before the service(s) are provisioned
  2. The ongoing monthly fees are put on the next customer invoice which you should receive between the 5th and the 7th of the next month.
  3. The amount will be deducted on the 15th of the month.

 

Note: This process helps you plan your expenses and to make it easier for you to remember when we may deduct charges from your account.
