I've just joined, but no money has been deducted from my account?

So you've just joined our family and are having your service setup, but you've noticed that no money has been deducted from your account.
This is because we always bill you usually around the 1st of the month, and then deduct the amount on the 15th of the month. This helps you plan your expenses and to make it easier for you to remember when we may deduct charges from your account.
So what about my setup fees and associated costs?
We'll add them to your first bill the following month, and pro-rata all monthly costs for you.
What if I don't understand my bill?
