Having the ability to add multiple tracking numbers to a pool provides the ability to spread the call utilisation over more numbers and therefore ensure that all calls will get through to agents.


Tracking numbers that have been purchased can be added to a pool as and when required to increase capacity for calls.

Tracking numbers should be purchased If there are insufficient numbers available (Refer to How to purchase additional tracking numbers for more details)


  1. Login to the Call Control Portal.
  2. Select Campaigns from the left-hand menu.
  3. Choose the relevant Campaign from the list.
  4. Choose the relevant Pool from the list.
  5. Go to Tracking Numbers tab.
  6. Choose a new Tracking Number from the list.
     
  7. Enter a Destination number or choose a Routing Profile as required.
  8. Select a Match Parameter from the list.
  9. Enter a relevant Match String.
  10. Select a Combined Tracking type from the list.
  11. Select Save to save all changes to the Pool.

Note: Match Parameter and Match String are optional entries
