Call Dynamics features a RESTful API which you can query to control services and primarily retrieve reporting data from tracked calls.

The API is favoured by customers who are creating specific integrations with in-house CRM systems and custom reporting and BI tools for building different dimensions on their call data.

To enable the API on your account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your portal at
  2. Navigate to 'My Profile', then click the 'API' tab

  3. Tick the box to enable the 'API', and insert a strong 'Access Token'
  4. Add a list of IP addresses which will be allowed to access the API. These IPs must be fixed/static IPs for additional security
