This guide will assist you in removing Voicemail from your Call Routing.

Step 1: Log into your Control Panel

Step 2: Click on Call Routing Profiles

Step 3: Find your Call Routing Profile (usually it is your 1300/1800) and click Edit

Step 4: Click on the Red Voicemail tile and select Delete

Step 5: Click on the Attempt Termination tile that displays your destination number.

Step 6: Uncheck the Press to Accept box (if it is checked).

Step 7: Click the smaller green Save button, followed by the larger Save button.

Now all you need to do is test the number to ensure the voicemail is removed, and you are done!
